Offer
Work with your agent to put together an offer.
Offer Accepted
Woot woot! Your offer was accepted!
Inspection
Contact an inspector and go through the property for a report on safety and their recommendations for repairs.
Appraisal
If you are getting a loan, your lender will order an appraisal to confirm that the purchase price meets market value.
Underwriting
Your lender will verify your income, assets, debt and property details in order to issue final approval for your loan.
Clear to Close
You've met the requirements to close on your mortgage.
Close
Meet to sign the final paperwork. Congratulations! You're a new homeowner!
Possession
You'll take possession on the day that was agreed upon in the purchase agreement.
First Mortgage Payment
Your first payment is due on the 1st day of the next month after your closing.
